This short ceramics course is perfect if you want to develop your own creative and technical potential. You can experiment with techniques and skills such as hand-building, modelling, mould making, slip casting, throwing, firing and glazing.

What will I study?
This workshop is fun and creative and will give you the freedom to create all types of ceramic items. We have excellent facilities and an inspiring and supportive class environment where you can develop your own projects with expert guidance from our tutor Sheila Hay.
What qualification will I achieve?
There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
What can I do after completing this course?
Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in our ceramics development workshop or other creative courses in Eastbourne or Hastings.
Are there any extra costs?
There is no extra costs for firing or clay. The costs are included in the course fees.
