Pottery Morning
Join us for our Pottery morning as we teach you how to make your own pottery. We'll cover everything from throwing on electric wheels to glazing and finishing.
Explore different ceramic techniques and create your own pottery. You will learn hand-building methods, mould making, casting and throwing on electric wheels. Glazes are applied through spraying, painting or ceramic transfers.
Please note: you will need to cover the cost of materials.

What will I study?
During this exciting pottery morning, you'll learn and explore different ceramic techniques to create your own pottery. You will learn hand-building methods such as coiling and slab work, mould making, casting and throwing on electric wheels. We'll also give you an introduction to glazes and surface design through spraying and painting and scraffito and ceramic transfers.
