Craft for Resilience is a structured six-week creative programme designed to strengthen confidence, emotional regulation and practical craft skills through tactile, process-led making.

You will explore paper texture manipulation (including Momigami-style crumple softening techniques), wax relief surface methods, visible mending and layered mixed-media collage using reclaimed and low-cost materials. The programme uses transformation, layering and repair as metaphors for resilience and growth. It offers a non-academic pathway to achievement, particularly beneficial for learners experiencing anxiety, low confidence or disengagement.
There is no qualification for this course.
