Have you ever wanted to learn to draw but felt too embarrassed or thought you weren't "artistic" enough? With a series of exercises we will be throwing that kind of thinking out the window and learn to enjoy drawing in our own personal way. Drawing can be used as a tool to quiet your mind and find calm. We'll explore a series of exercises designed to help you tap into your creativity quiet your inner critic and find delight in the act of drawing in your own unique way.

The focus will be on cultivating a non-judgmental mindset where you can allow yourself to create work in unique ways that are truly your own, free of judgment of what drawing ‘should’ look like.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college, including our Level 1 Award in Creative Crafts.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
