For centuries this has been used as a meditative practice, engaging, and improving skills of patience, hand-eye coordination, and concentration. This is a fun and productive way to give your mind a break, improving overall mental wellbeing and reducing stress.

Learn new skills and develop your artistic talents in a fun and supportive environment. Join us to explore creativity and boost your wellbeing through the joy of crafting! You will be guided by an experienced arts and crafts Instructor.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college, including our Level 1 Award in Creative Crafts.
Course fee: £20.00
This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
