Slow down and Slow stitch a Fabric Art Journal using recycled cloth and simple hand embroidery stitches. In the spirit of 'slow stitching' we will take a mindful approach, paying attention to our senses and focus, whilst being creative and playful.

Come and learn how to make your own personal art book with fabric pages, whilst exploring working with textile collage and simple embroidery stitches.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.
Course fee: £37.50
This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
