In a small, supported class you will create a textured, raised designs on fabric. Discover how crafts can support mindfulness and explore its positive impact on mental clarity, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.
This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)*. Please select the relevant options when enrolling online.
There are no additional costs. All materials are provided. A variety of materials will be used to bring out your creativity but we do recommend you bring your own pen and any materials you would personally like to use.
*If you do not qualify for a free course the course fee will be £14.00
