What will I study?
During this course, the tutor will start you with a series of projects which will help you learn the basics, from setting up a sewing machine to putting in zips and buttonholes.
This class will cover techniques including:
Marking & Cutting Fabric, Hemming, Understanding of commercial patterns, Different ways of finishing seams, zips & Techniques for garment construction, Inserting Zips, Buttonholes, Pattern lay plans & straight of grain.
