We will explore the processes involved in this 'slow' approach to creating a small piece of personal artwork, working with simple stitches and recycled material. In the essence of Slow Stitching, we will be paying attention to our senses and our focus, whilst being immersed in this creative, relaxing activity.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
