During you study time you will learn more about how to process customer and supplier transactions, as well as receipts and payments. You’ll also learn more about bookkeeping controls such as journals, control accounts, and trial balances.
Completion of Bookkeeping Level 1.
When you're studying an AAT qualification your knowledge and skills will be tested via computer based assessments with a minimum pass mark of 70%.
You'll sit assessments as agreed with your training provider.
For the Level 2 Certificate in Accounting qualification you'll need to sit a synoptic assessment. This tests your understanding of connections between the different topics covered across the qualification, and is sat towards the end of it.
Once you have finished this course, you will gain an AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping

There is a £73 AAT registration. Details of how to register directly to AAT will be available in class.
The course is designed as a hybrid teaching model therefore you will be expected to set aside time for home study on a weekly basis.
