This short taster course will teach you some basic sugarcraft skills that you can use to enhance your cakes at home.

What will I study?
Over the four weeks of the course you will learn how to make a decoration for a biscuit and/or cupcake and practise some basic modelling techniques such as making flowers and decorations for your seasonal / celebration cakes.
What qualification will I achieve?
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
What can I do after completing this course?
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.
