This short course will teach you some basic sugarcraft skills that you can use to enhance your cakes at home.

What will I study?
During the course you will learn how to make a decoration for a biscuit and/or cupcake and practice some basic sugarcraft techniques including modelling, making flowers and seasonal decorations for cakes. No experience necessary.
What qualification will I achieve?
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.

You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.
Are there any extra costs?
There are no additional costs; all materials are provided.
Additional Info
You may wish to bring an apron to wear and a small container to use to take home what you have made.
