Join us for a classic look at some delicious Italian cooking, and not a pizza in sight! You'll learn how to make pasta from scratch, biscotti, risotto primavera, Tuscan bean soup, focaccia, tiramisu, Torrone Molle, and gnocchi.
From Tuscany to Sicily – of course we do handmade pasta as well as biscotti, risotto primavera, Tuscan bean soup, focaccia, tiramisu, Torrone Molle, gnocchi and not a pizza in sight. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be £8-£12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: TBC

There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.

You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £8-£12 per week.
