What will I study?

From Tuscany to Sicily – of course we do handmade pasta as well as biscotti, risotto primavera, Tuscan bean soup, focaccia, tiramisu, Torrone Molle, gnocchi and not a pizza in sight. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be £10-£12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session.

How will I be assessed?

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans.

What qualification will I achieve?

There is no formal qualification for this course.

What can I do after completing this course?

Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in learning a few more cookery skills. We have lots of culinary masterclasses for you to choose from, including French, Vegetarian, Curries, and Fish.

Are there any extra costs?

You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £10-£12 per week.
