During this exciting new course, you will tantalise the tastebuds by making delicious curries from around the world. You'll learn how to make fabulous beef in pepper sauce, Malaysian beef curry, chicken rendang, chicken stew, spicy pork, bunny chow, and lots more.
There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in learning a few more cookery skills. We have lots of culinary masterclasses for you to choose from, including French, Italian, Vegetarian, and Fish.
You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £4-£6 per week.
Our experience and expert tutor, John Kittle will be leading each lesson. Please bring an apron, dishcloth and tea towel to each session.
