The first part of our Curry and Spice course features a delicious batch of curries to excite your taste buds. You'll learn how to make Green Chicken Curry, Lamb Tagine, Kashmiri Chicken, Samosas, Koftas, Thai Fish Cakes and lots more.

The first part of our course for curry enthusiast – each week we will make a main meal plus accompaniments. Dishes include: Green Chicken Curry, Lamb Tagine, Kashmiri Chicken, Samosas, Koftas, Thai Fish Cakes and lots more. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be £8-£12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: TBC
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
Once you have finished this course, you'll be ready to progress onto part two and discover even more delicious fish recipes. You may also be interested in our other cookery classes, such as French or Italian.
You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £8-£12 per week.
