What will I study?

Please note, due to unforeseen circumstances course content might change, please contact the college for more info near the time. Another batch of curries to excite your taste buds – Beef rendang, Pork satay, Paneer in chilli tomato sauce, Thai red prawn curry, Lamb samosas, Singapore chicken and lots more.Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be £8-£12 per week. How will I be assessed?

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA

What qualification will I achieve?

There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.

What can I do after completing this course?

Once you have finished this course, you might be interested in learning how to cook more delicious dishes, such as Moroccan and Lebanese or Italian.

Are there any extra costs?

You will be required to purchase your ingredients for each session which will cost approximately £8-£12 each week.
