The second part of our Curry and Spice course features another batch of curries to excite your taste buds. You'll learn how to make Beef Rendang, Pork Satay, Paneer in chilli tomato sauce, Prawn Thai Red Curry, Lamb Samosas, Singapore Chicken and lots more.

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
Once you have finished this course, you might be interested in learning how to cook more delicious dishes, such as Moroccan and Lebanese or Italian.
You will be required to purchase your ingredients for each session which will cost approximately £8-£12 each week.
Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to every lesson.
