The first part of our Everyday Meals course features a selection of tasty suppers. You will learn how to make Chicken Casserole, Spinach and Bacon Quiche, Shepherd's Pie, Braised steak with onions, Moroccan Lamb, and Pork chops with apple.
The first part of our Everyday Meals course has a selection of tasty suppers: Chicken Casserole, Spinach and Bacon Quiche, Shepherd’s pie, Braised steak with onions, Moroccan Lamb and Pork chops with apple. Work in a fun atmosphere with a friendly helpful teacher. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be £8-£12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: TBC
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
Once you have completed this course, you'll be ready to join part two, so you can create even more tasty suppers.
You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £8-£12 per week.
