We'll then show you how to turn your fish, crustacea and shellfish, into fantastic dishes, such as crab linguine, mussel pilaf, sole with leeks and ginger, Sussex smokie and posh fish cakes.
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
