Are you fed up with fast food, bland food and ready meals and would like to get creative in the kitchen and experiment with new flavours then this course is for you. Rural French cooking at its best. We cover four regions - the South West, Alsace, Provence and Normandy. Cook classic cassoulet, chicken with apples and calvados, provençal fish soup, rillettes of duck, onion tart, Pâté de Campagne and more. Approximate costs of ingredients to buy will be £8-£12 per week. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to each session. Tutor: TBC

There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
