What will I study?

This course features classic desserts like pear and almond tart, after dinner profiteroles, cherry clafoutis tart, choux pastry, lemon meringue, or Genoa bread, marble loaf cake, chocolate cookies, pies, and lots more!

What qualification will I achieve?

There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.

What can I do after completing this course?

Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in learning a few more cookery skills. We have lots of culinary masterclasses for you to choose from, including Italian, French, and Curries.

Are there any extra costs?

You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £6-£8 per week.
