There is no formal qualification for this course.
Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in learning a few more cookery skills. We have lots of culinary courses for you to choose from, including French, Vegetarian, Curries, and Fish.
You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £10-£15 per week.
Please bring an apron, dishcloth and tea towel to each session, plus ingredients. Recipes will be sent out via post and email within a week of the course start date.
