During this exciting course, we'll show you how to create a range of stunning dishes from different regions of Italy. You will make fabulous gnocchi with gorgonzola, courgette tart, almond cake, Milanese risotto, delicious Piedmontese chocolate pudding, Italian apple cake, and lots more.

What qualification will I achieve?

There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.

What can I do after completing this course?

Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in learning a few more cookery skills. We have lots of culinary masterclasses for you to choose from, including French, Vegetarian, Curries, and Fish.

Are there any extra costs?

You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost you no more than £4-£6 per week.
