Vegetarian cooking is increasing in popularity, so if you'd like to learn how to cook nutritious and delicious meat-free dishes, then join us for Vegetarian Gourmet! We'll show you how to get wonderful flavours into your cooking so you can impress your family and friends with amazing meals.

You will learn how to cook a range of tasty meals such as stuffed butternut squash, leek and tarragon quiche, sweet potato tagine, and more. You'll be guided by our expert tutor and get lots of useful ideas, practical tips, and inspiration for your cooking.
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
Once you have finished part one, you should try part two for some more delicious vegetarian recipes.
You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost no more than £6-£10 per week.
Please bring an apron, dishcloth and tea towel to each lesson.
