Part two of our Vegetarian Gourmet course will give you even more inspiration, tips, and recipes for you to try at home. You'll cook a range of tasty meals as well as desserts, meaning meat-free Monday is here to stay!

During the second part of this course, we will teach you how to cook twice-baked cheese souffles, mushroom pancakes, spinach and cheese cannelloni, savoury bread and butter pudding, and sweetcorn fritters with avocado salsa.
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA
There is no qualification for this course, but you'll be awarded a certificate of attendance if you attend 80% or more of the course.
Once you have completed this course, you might be interested in some of our other cooking courses, such as Italian or French, or you might like to try your hand at our Patisserie or cake decorating courses.
You'll need to bring along your own ingredients, which should cost no more than £6-£10 per week.
Please bring an apron, dishcloth and tea towel to each lesson.
