What will I study?

Learners will cover the basics in listening and communication skills and develop their self-awareness through a combination of group discussions, pair work and individual reflection.

What qualification will I achieve?

There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.

What can I do after completing this course?

You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college. Learners could progress onto the Level 1 Award in Interpersonal Skills.

Course fee: £25.00

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
