Mindfulness workshop: Finding Stillness through our Senses

Please note the venue for this course is Berwick Church. Let go of thoughts of the past or worries for the future with some mindfulness practice in Berwick church. Learn to look mindfully, exploring the murals painted by The Bloomsbury Group artists and the beauty and quiet of the place. Allowing ourselves to slow down, absorbing the effects of colour and space, opening our curiosity through the senses and noticing how this affects our experience.
The church is nestled at the foot of the Downs so we also plan to spend time walking in its natural surroundings, using mindfulness to open more fully to our senses as we attune to the different elements of early spring (weather permitting).
