This course is suitable for anyone wanting to improve their wellbeing and learn more about themselves, particularly in relation to stress and how it affects you.
You will learn how to notice and understand your 'stress signature' and what your main stressors are. You will develop coping strategies and techniques to help you lessen your stress levels and move forward positively.
