In this course students will have the chance to write stories inspired by family mementos, recipes, photos, and memories. We will use fun games and exercises to get the writing flowing and stories can be shared in a safe space where learning from each other is actively encouraged. This course is suitable for writers of all abilities.

Our written history is full of the rich and royalty, written by the conquerors and rulers. But your family histories are important too, especially to your descendants. Perhaps you want to pass down the story of your grandparents to your children or have emigrated from another country and want to keep your heritage alive. This course will enable you to create a memory box to pass down to future generations. You will write stories inspired by family mementos, recipes, photos, and memories. We will use fun games and exercises to get the writing flowing and stories can be shared in a safe space where learning from each other is actively encouraged. This course is suitable for writers of all abilities.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
