This course is aimed at students starting completely from zero. The course aims to give you knowledge of some basic grammatical structures (in the present tense), holiday vocabulary (food, travel, directions), and provide you with the conversational skills to answer simple questions about yourself, family and leisure.
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropiate through the use of individual learning plans.
There is no formal qualification for this course.
Once you have completed this course you might like to progress to a beginners continuation class.
During the first session teacher might advice students of what book to buy for their learning.
