Italian Lower Intermediate

A continuation from Improvers. This course is for students who have an understanding of present and past tenses (although these structures will of course be revised!) and will introduce other grammatical structures, such as the future tense, the conditional and the imperative. The course aims to consolidate grammar points and enable learners to interact in a variety of social contexts, give their opinions, offer suggestions and develop a more nuanced understanding of Italian culture.

Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA

There is no formal qualification for this course.

Once you have finished this course, you could progress onto the Italian Intermediate course, or depending on your level of Italian, you could move onto the advanced course.

You will be required to purchase a course book set by the teacher. You will be advised on this during the first session.
