During this course, you'll learn techniques that have been passed down from Master to students since being discovered by the Japanese Master, Mikao Usui. You will learn about the history of Reiki and how to run and use Reiki for healing. You will receive the attunements as well as the lineage. Reiki 1 is mainly for self-healing, but you can use the energy on your pets, plants or home.
Our tutor will observe you and set practical exercises, with on-going assessments, throughout the sessions.
Once you have completed this course, you will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate.
Once you have completed this course, you will be able to use your qualification to run energy for others, but not as a Reiki practitioner. To become a practitioner, you will need to achieve the Level 2 qualification.
Please bring a pillow and a blanket to each session.
