During this course, you will gain an insight into the technical skills needed to succeed in men's barbering. We'll introduce you to the basics of cutting men's hair so you can create different hairstyles using scissors and clippers. You'll be taught in our industry-standard working salon and gain practical experience in the following areas:
The course does not require you to pass specific criteria but feedback will be given by the course tutor and skills and knowledge achieved
There will be no formal qualification will be awarded for this course, but you will be awarded a certificate of attendance.
Once you have finished this course, you will be ready to progress onto our Level 2 Barbering course to gain a qualification and improve your skills further.
There is an extra cost for this course as we recommend you purchase a barbering kit, such as scissors, comb, and clippers, and also salon wear.
