What will I study?
During this two-day intensive course, you will learn how to apply and maintain gel nail extensions and overlays. Nail extensions and gel polish treatments are core aspects of any beauty business, so why not expand your manicure skills and knowledge to add these popular services to your treatment list. We'll show you how to apply French tips, natural tips, and overlays, how to apply UV gel polish, Show you the technique of removing and maintaining these gel systems.
How will I be assessed?
This course will have practical observations, tasks, assessments (95%) and an exam (5%) to achieve the qualification.
What qualification will I achieve?
Once you have completed this course, you will achieve a Guild Accredited Certificate in Gel Nail Extensions.
What can I do after completing this course?
Once you have finished this course, you will be able to perform gel nail enhancements and gel polish treatments in a salon or as a self-employed therapist. You might also like to gain other beauty qualifications by joining our other Guild courses, such as our Waxing qualification.
