Hairdressing Diploma Level 3

Hairdressing is an ever-expanding, exciting, and competitive career, and during this course, you will enhance your skills, so you are ready to work in this industry. As well as hands-on, creative lessons in our modern and well-equipped studios, you will have the opportunity to carry out services on paying clients, developing excellent customer service. This experience will develop both confidence and competence in preparation for the workplace. It will enable you to develop your artistic flair and creativity, enabling you to work using individual style.

You will receive training in specialist consultation and treatment services for hair and scalp conditions and become motivated to succeed, develop excellent communication skills, and have a good standard of appearance to promote the industry.

You will be required to demonstrate a good level of English in both written and communication skills, in line with the level of the course.

You will continually be assessed during the course. There will be observations of your practical work so that you can reach industry standards, written assignments, homework, and short written papers.

Once you have completed this course, you will achieve a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Women's Hairdressing.

Once you have finished this course, you will be eligible to become a State Registered Hairdresser (SRH) with The Hairdressing Council. You will also be able to enjoy a career as an advanced hairdresser or senior stylist in a commercial salon or on a self-employed basis.

There are a couple of extra costs for this course, as you will need to purchase a hairdressing kit and salon wear. You will be able to use this kit during lessons and also outside of class so you can develop your skills independently.
