What will I study?

Each week, students will select a song and share through their story, why the song holds such a strong attachment. This is a chance to develop broader research skills and will empower you to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Reflecting on your personal history and the music that shaped it can enhance emotional resilience, reduce stress, and promote a sense of connection and fulfillment. Think of it as Desert Island Discs meets storytelling for wellbeing! Student will also have the opportunity to create a playlist on Spotify of their chosen songs.
