In a small, friendly group you will discuss, identify, and work on:
• Tone of voice VS what's actually being said • Reflect on own communication style and consider strengths • Put your confidence into practice • Improve your mental well-being through an awareness of yourself and how you can effectively communicate with others.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
