Carrying on from Drawing Beyond Doubt, this course will help develop drawing skills and increase your overall confidence. You will be expanding your mental drawing toolbox, integrating mindfulness practices to help develop both artistic skills and a deeper sense of relaxation, presence, and self-awareness.

In a small, friendly class, you will focus on the principles of drawing while promoting well-being through mindfulness and creative expression. Each 3-hour session will cover key principles of drawing techniques and integrate mindfulness practices to help participants develop both their artistic skills and a deeper sense of relaxation, presence, and self-awareness.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
