Participants will learn some mindfulness skills and meditations that will help to settle and calm the mind. Each week will introduce something new to help you reduce stress and restore well-being.

Mindful movement, increased awareness of the breath and body will be linked to mindfulness in our everyday life. These practices can help sooth and soften tension in our bodies as well as re-connect us with our experience in the present moment.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
