You will be guided through serene meditations and bathe in a sound bath. Learn exercises you can take into your everyday life such as mantra and Qigong. Take charge of your own mental and emotional wellbeing with our tips and tricks into your everyday life
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
