Learn ways to help rewire you brain to be more positive, to manage emotion better, and create more positive interactions in our lives. This tips and tricks workshop looks at the more scientific theory of why and how meditation and mindfulness can improve our sense of wellness
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.
This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)*. Please select the relevant options when enrolling online.
There are no additional costs. All materials are provided.
*If you do not qualify for a free course the course fee will be £13.75
