A mental health toolkit is your personal "emotional first-aid kit," consisting of a curated collection of evidence-based strategies, habits, and resources tailored to your unique needs. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, it provides a diverse set of practical tools—such as grounding exercises, cognitive reframing, and boundary-setting—that you can rely on whenever life feels overwhelming.
