Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing

Please note: learners are limited to taking part in a maximum of THREE community learning courses throughout the academic year.

Participants will learn some mindfulness skills and meditations that will help to settle and calm the mind.

Mindful movement, increased awareness of the breath and body will be linked to mindfulness in our everyday life. These practices can help sooth and soften tension in our bodies as well as re-connect us with our experience in the present moment.

Each week will introduce something new to help you reduce stress and restore well-being.
