Mindfulness workshop: Moving from Doing to Being modes

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENUE FOR THIS WORKSHOP IS BERWICK CHURCH

Let go of thoughts of the past or worries for the future with some mindfulness practice in Berwick church. We will focus on being outside in nature as well as enjoying the beauty and quiet of the interior of the church.

The church is nestled at the foot of the Downs. We will spend time walking in its natural surroundings, using mindfulness to open more fully to our senses as we attune to the different elements of the summer season. (weather permitting) Learn to look mindfully, exploring the murals painted by The Bloomsbury Group artists. Allowing ourselves to slow down, absorbing the effects of the paintings and the space, opening our curiosity through our senses and noticing how this affects our experience.
