This course is a great introduction to nutrition and how what you eat, and your habits, can affect your physical and mental health and wellbeing. We will look at diet myths and nutrition for all ages, from fussy childhood and growing teens, to menstrual cycles, menopause and aging well.

There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college. or our Level 1 Award in Nutrition and Health.
Course fee: £37.50
This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
