Join us for a 5.5-hour workshop where you'll learn: • How what you eat affects your mental health • The key nutrients that support mental well-being • Practical tips for incorporating these nutrients into your diet • Delicious new foods to try and recipes to take away to improve your mental health.
Please note this course does not include practical cooking.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,750 per year (this includes pension income)*. Please select the relevant options when enrolling online.
There are no additional costs. All materials are provided unless otherwise stated.
*If you do not qualify for a free course the course fee will be £17.00
