This course is a great introduction to nutrition and how what you eat, and your habits, can affect your physical and mental health and wellbeing. We will look at diet myths and nutrition for all ages, from fussy childhood and growing teens, to menstrual cycles, menopause and aging well.

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,750 per year (this includes pension income)*. Please select the relevant options when enrolling online.
There are no additional costs; all materials are provided although learners are encouraged to bring their own pen and notebook.
