What will I study?

Learn about Nutrition for your life after 50. What is a healthy diet? What can help you live a long and healthy life, reduce risk of disease, dementia, and cholesterol with or without statins. Learn about gut health, bust some nutrition myths in a fun and friendly one day course with a Registered Nutritionist.

There is no qualification for this course.

What can I do after completing this course?

You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.

Are there any extra costs?

This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,750 per year (this includes pension income)*. Please select the relevant options when enrolling online.

There are no additional costs. All materials are provided, although it is encouraged to bring a notebook and pen.

*If you do not qualify for a free course the course fee will be £17.
