Learn about Nutrition for your life after 50. What is a healthy diet? What can help you live a long and healthy life, reduce risk of disease, dementia, and cholesterol with or without statins. Learn about gut health, bust some nutrition myths in a fun and friendly one day course with a Registered Nutritionist.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college. or our Level 1 Award in Nutrition and Health.
Course fee: £13.75
This course is free if you are in receipt of benefits or earn less than £25,000 per year (this includes pension income)
