This course is a great introduction to nutrition through the peri-menopause and chance meet other women going through the same transition.

In a small friendly group, you will learn what the menopause is and what it means for our bodies. Through nutritional research, you will learn how you can make sustainable changes to support this transition, reduce symptoms, as well as help to increase your energy and mood.
There is no qualification for this course but you will receive a certificate of attendance if you complete the course.
You can explore a variety of other courses within Community Learning or the adult college.
There are no additional costs; all materials are provided although learners are encouraged to bring their own pen and notebook
