Students will be able to see a clearer pathway to happier times thorough Meditation, Grounding, The Breath and Exercise in nature. Just by using a few simple tools which everyone has available we can turn people's well-being around to a brighter more positive future.
Continuous informal assessment throughout the sessions, and where appropriate, through the use of Individual Learning Plans, as specified by RARPA.
